SPECIALINE
When processing conditions become more critical – such as in the case of heat treatments above 110°C, sterilisation, homogenisation or freezing of water-rich products – Specialine® comes into play. This is a modified version of tapioca starch (E1442), designed to withstand high mechanical and thermal stress. It is the recommended texturiser for complex applications where consistency must be maintained even after severe processes or long storage times.
