TAPIOCALINE
Tapiocaline® is a functionalised cassava starch that gelatinises when heated (+65°C) – Clean Label declaration. Tapiocaline has unique characteristics: neutral flavour, transparent colour, very high absorption capacity – up to five times its weight in water, even when cold; prevents water release and syneresis. Tipiak is the only manufacturer in Europe of Tapiocaline®, a GMO-free, Clean Label tapioca-based texturiser, produced in western France, near Nantes, since 1967, in their BRC-certified factory. Tapiocaline is available in Certified Gluten-Free and Certified Organic and Gluten-Free versions.
