PRODIET 87 B FLUID is a spray-dried milk protein isolate (MPI) containing more than 87% milk protein, enriched with micellar casein. Its remarkable ability to increase fluidity in finished products makes it particularly suitable for the preparation of beverages: this allows it to achieve very high protein content in finished products, while limiting the increase in viscosity.
