Contains 20% selected milk proteins. Provides skimmed milk and functional proteins in a single preparation. This allows for a total 1:1 replacement of skimmed milk powder and any substitute products. The high functionality of the proteins used allows for improved results compared to skimmed milk powder, while also guaranteeing significant cost savings. The label declaration is lactose and milk proteins, skimmed milk powder.
