VESTKORN pea proteins are natural native proteins with a protein content of 55%. This ingredient offers an excellent amino acid profile and has higher levels of lysine and glutamine than other plant proteins. Its properties make it an excellent alternative to soy protein, allowing soy, a source of allergies and possible genetic manipulation, to be replaced. VESTKORN fava bean proteins are natural native proteins with a protein content of 65%. This ingredient offers an excellent amino acid profile, like that of Vestkorn pea protein. Its higher protein content compared to pea proteins can make it easier to incorporate into formulations or when replacing soy protein in recipes. The light grey-coloured fava bean protein is a clean label ingredient (EU). Pea and fava bean proteins are also available in organic versions.
