CARAMEL FLAKES

Caramel flakes are obtained by heating sugar and optionally adding other ingredients.
Nigay caramel flakes come in different compositions and sizes (from 0.5 mm to 8mm) and can be added to many different products or used as decoration.
The Nigay Flake range includes bakestable, crunchy, coated, aromatic and coloured products.

They are used mainly for the following:

• Chocolate
• Ice-creams
• Desserts
• Biscuits and bakery products
• Snacks
• Cereals
